"I find Ty Parc a very well run home, always appears residents are happy and given lots of attention. Staff are very polite and helpful , with family or friends as well as residents . It is well maintained and everyone seems to enjoy their time there. They look after my daughter very well and I can phone or pop up when I want to visit. They make a big day of birthdays and events throughout year, e.g., Christmas, easter etc."
"People are supported to achieve excellent outcomes because the service provider has highly effective organisational arrangements, governance and oversight to ensure smooth operations and delivery of high-quality care. People and their relatives, have high levels of confidence in the service provider because leaders at the service ensure there is a very strong positive culture that is supportive, inclusive, and respectful. All relatives spoken to gave consistently positive praise on how the service is run, particularly in relation to the responsible individual (RI), who is actively involved in the daily running of the service. The RI was described to us a ‘An angel’ and their dedication to spending time with people and their relatives is held in high esteem."

"Individuals are given the choice of when they would like to eat. Individuals, should they be at home and not out in the community, continue to enjoy sitting together and chatting about their day, whilst having lunch. It was positive to note that staff will also sit with the residents and eat their meals together, holding general conversations."
